It's 2 a.m. and your neck is the only thing awake.
All day, a set of small muscles at the base of your skull holds up a head that weighs about as much as a bowling ball. Laptops, phones and long drives tip it forward and make them work harder. You can ignore it while you're busy. Then you lie down, the room goes quiet, and the tightness is all you notice.
You flip the pillow. You try the other side. Most of us have a closet with the evidence:
When does your neck complain?
Pick the closest one. We'll tell you how people use it, and when we'd rather you didn't.
Tap the one that sounds like you.
It takes two seconds, and there's no email to give.
Warm. Cradle. Release.
Lying down is the first time the small muscles at the base of your skull get a turn to stop. Evenfall gives that turn a routine.
1 · Warm
Gentle heat on the back of the neck. A warm muscle usually feels softer than a cold one.
2 · Cradle
A contoured memory-foam curve holds your head and neck, so the muscles that held your head up all day don't have to. Shape, not magic.
3 · Release
Soft vibration gives you something to settle into while you lie still for fifteen minutes. Then back to your usual pillow.
And what each one does for you
Gentle heat
Start warm, so the tight spot softens. Move up only if it stays comfortable.
Soft vibration
Soft enough to settle into. Start on the lowest setting and work up.
Memory-foam curve
A supportive shape under a soft knit cover, so your head rests and your neck doesn't have to hold it.
A 15-minute ritual
Short enough to keep doing. Then move to your usual pillow to sleep.
Simple controls, no app
Nothing to pair and nothing to learn. Lie back and press a button.
USB-C power
Steady heat, and no battery under your head. Cable included.

Your first 14 nights
Start gentle and let your body get used to it. Give it two weeks before you decide.
Nights 1–3 · Just the warmth
- Lowest heat, vibration off or on its lowest setting
- 10–15 minutes, lying back with your head in the cradle
- Stop if anything feels uncomfortable
Nights 4–7 · Add the release
- Keep the heat low and bring vibration up one step if it feels good
- Fifteen minutes, same time each evening
- Pick a cue you already have: teeth brushed, lights low
Nights 8–14 · Find your mix
- Try one step more heat only if it stays comfortable
- Notice how your mornings feel, then decide on night 14
- You will still have weeks of your 60 days left
Try it for 60 days.If it isn't for you, send it back.
The 60 days start the day you place your order, so delivery time counts. That still leaves plenty of nights to give it a proper go.
- Email support@evenfall.shop with your order number first. Please don't post anything back before we reply.
- Changed your mind: you get a refund of the item price, and you cover return postage.
- Damaged, faulty or the wrong item: we cover the cost.

What people ask beforethe first night
Will it fix my neck?
No device can promise that, and we won't. Evenfall is designed to help tight neck and shoulder muscles feel looser and to give you a calm 15 minutes before bed. Many people notice the warmth in the first session. Give it 14 nights of regular use before you judge.
If you have pain from an injury or a diagnosed condition, see a clinician.
Is it safe?
Start on the lowest heat and work up. Don't use heat if you can't feel temperature well, and don't use it on children without supervision. If you have arthritis, a herniated disc, recent surgery, an implanted device or you're pregnant, ask your doctor or physio first. We'd rather lose a sale than have you guess.
Can I fall asleep on it?
We suggest 15-minute sessions, then moving to your usual pillow to sleep. Don't fall asleep with the heat on, and switch it off when you're done.
Does it have to be plugged in?
Yes, it runs on USB-C and comes with a USB-C cable. That keeps the heat steady and avoids a battery under your head.
How is it different from the cheaper ones online?
Honestly, many neck cradles come out of similar factories, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we add is honest claims, a free Neck Rest Guide, 60-day returns and support that answers.
Shipping and returns?
Shipping is free to the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders go out in 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 7–14 business days, with tracking by email. You have 60 days from the day you order to return it for a refund of the item price. Email support@evenfall.shop with your order number first.
Tonight: fifteen minutes. Warm. Cradle. Release. Then sleep.
If it isn't part of your evening within 60 days of ordering, send it back.
