What is the Evenfall Cradle?
A heated neck cradle with soothing warmth, gentle vibration and a contoured support curve, designed to help you relax at the end of the day.
Will it fix my neck pain?
No device can honestly promise that. Evenfall is designed to help tight neck and shoulder muscles relax and feel looser. If your pain comes from an injury or a diagnosed condition, see a clinician.
Is Evenfall a medical device?
No. Evenfall is a comfort and relaxation product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
How long should I use it?
Start with short sessions of about 15 minutes on a low setting, and stop if anything feels uncomfortable. Follow the instructions included with your cradle.
Is the vibration too strong?
Some people find the top setting intense. Start on the lowest vibration level with low heat and work up.
Who should check with a doctor first?
Please speak with a doctor or physical therapist before using heat or vibration if you are pregnant, use a pacemaker or other implanted device, have had recent surgery, have a neck or spine injury, or have circulation, nerve or skin-sensation concerns.
