The day ends. Your lower back hasn't got the message.
A long stretch at a desk, a drive, a day on your feet. By evening the lower back is the part you notice. You shift. You prop up a cushion. You try the floor.
Most of us have a pile of workarounds:
When does your lower back speak up?
Pick the closest one. We'll tell you how people use it, and when we'd rather you didn't.
Tap the one that sounds like you.
It takes two seconds, and there's no email to give.
Warm. Support. Release.
Lying back is the first time your lower back gets a turn to stop. Evenfall gives that turn a routine.
1 · Warm
Gentle heat helps a tight lower back feel looser. A warm muscle usually feels softer than a cold one.
2 · Support
A contoured memory-foam curve follows your lower back, so the muscles that held you up all day don't have to. Shape, not magic.
3 · Release
Soft vibration gives you something to settle into for fifteen minutes. Then move to your usual pillow to sleep.
And what each one does for you
Gentle heat
Warmth first, so a tight lower back softens before you settle in.
Soft vibration
Starts gentle. Some people find stronger settings too intense, so build up.
Memory-foam curve
A contoured shape that follows your lower back, so it can rest.
Lie on it or lean on it
Use it on the floor, bed or sofa, or against a desk chair.
Slim shape
About 59 × 30 × 8 cm (23 × 12 × 3 in). Easy to slide behind you.

Your first 14 nights
Start gentle and let your back get used to it. Give it two weeks before you decide.
Nights 1–3 · Just the warmth
- Gentle heat only, with vibration off
- 10–15 minutes, lying back or leaning on a chair
- Stop if anything feels uncomfortable
Nights 4–7 · Add the release
- Keep the heat gentle and add soft vibration if it feels good
- Fifteen minutes, same time each evening
- Pick a cue you already have: teeth brushed, lights low
Nights 8–14 · Find your mix
- Try more warmth only if it stays comfortable
- Notice how your evenings and mornings feel, then decide on night 14
- You will still have weeks of your 60 days left
Try it for 60 days. If it isn't for you, send it back.
The 60 days start the day you place your order, so delivery time counts. That still leaves plenty of nights to give it a proper go.
- Email support@evenfall.shop with your order number first. Please don't post anything back before we reply.
- Changed your mind: you get a refund of the item price, and you cover return postage.
- Damaged, faulty or the wrong item: we cover the cost.

What people ask before the first night
Who should check with a doctor first?
Please ask your doctor or physio first if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, recent surgery, a back or spine injury, or circulation, nerve or skin-sensation concerns. Don't use heat if you can't feel temperature well, and don't use it on children without supervision. We'd rather lose a sale than have you guess.
Will it fix my back pain?
No product can honestly promise that, and we won't. The Arch is designed to help a tired lower back feel looser and to give you a calm 15 minutes. If you have pain from an injury or a diagnosed condition, see a clinician.
How long should I use it?
Fifteen-minute sessions, then switch it off. Set a timer on your phone, and don't fall asleep with the heat on.
What do I power it with?
It runs on USB and comes with a USB cable. Check the rating printed on the product or its packaging before choosing a charger, and use a USB adapter that meets it.
How is it different from the cheaper ones online?
Honestly, many heated cushions come out of similar factories, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we add is honest claims, a free Lower Back Comfort Guide, 60-day returns and support that answers.
Shipping and returns?
Shipping is free to the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders go out in 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 7–14 business days, with tracking by email. You have 60 days from the day you order to return it for a refund of the item price. Email support@evenfall.shop with your order number first.
Tonight: fifteen minutes. Warm. Support. Release. Then sleep.
If it isn't part of your evening within 60 days of ordering, send it back.
